INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond meal
2 cups of desiccated coconut
1/4 cup coconut nectar
2 tsp softened coconut oil
2-3 drops of doTERRA Lime essential oil
zest of a lime
1/4 cup Goji berries
1/2 tsp pure vanilla paste
pinch of pink salt
METHOD
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or thermonuclear till well blended then roll into balls & leave in the fridge till your ready to eat.
