Turmeric Mylk

I know I have posted about the Tumeric Latte before, but I’m always changing, altering and trying new ways and new ingredients and this is my latest love.

My bedtime drink packed full of goodness.
Hubby was having trouble sleeping at night so I suggested he drink this, and as soon as he did he was addicted not only to the taste and how fulfilling it is before bed but also how well it made him sleep.
The benefits of turmeric go on and on.
Turmeric Mylk.
1tsp turmeric
1tsp fresh grated ginger and turmeric
1tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups organic coconut milk
Whisk all ingredients and bring to the boil, then simmer on low for a few minutes and pour into a mug with 1 tsp raw honey. Enjoy.
