“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do.
It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t”

Since I was a little girl I wanted to be able to do what gymnasts did, such as holding handstands, backbending, flips etc. I never did gymnastics as I was extremely focused on my ballet, tap and jazz. After I left school I was busy with fashion college and working and time quickly flew by till now, married with 3 kids and I still admire gymnasts. Most people would think it’s too late to start, but I am more inspired than ever to transform into the gymnast I always admired. I know the only way to get anywhere is believing, building my strength and practice and you can do. So instead of saying “I can’t”, believe that you will overcome the things you once thought you couldn’t and you will……
