Anyone get shin splints or runner’s knee?
Lately I’ve been playing some adult vs kids soccer games and some sprint training with my kids to help them get faster. Lots of fun, although the day after my shins are burning with shin splints, so I have mixed up two different remedy’s these oils for the perfect mixture to heal them quickly. Amazing results.
#1- combine 45 drops each of Lemongrass & Rosemary marjoram in a 10 ml roller bottle & fill remainder with FCO.
#2- combine 50 drops Lemongrass, 30 drops Marjoram, 35 drops Wintergreen in a 10 ml roller bottle & fill remainder with FCO.
Shake & apply frequently, massaging oil into both front & back of leg in area of concern.
