Salted Caramel Smoothie


I’m super excited about this delicious creamy yet healthy smoothie.

– 2tsp mesquite powder
– 1 tbsp raw pea protein
– 2 frozen bananas
– 2 medjool dates (pitted)
– 3 tsp almond/cashew or peanut butter
– 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt or ice-cream
– 1 cup coconut water
– sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt

Blend all ingredients together and drink.

All 3 of my kids loved this one.
