Raw Muslie Bar

seeded slice

This slice is super easy, full of nuritious ingredients to make it packed with protein and iron and much more, raw (so no cooking time) and delicious.

1/3 cup pepitas
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup goji berries
1/3 cup cranberries
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp coconut oil

NOTE- I use all organic ingredients, however you choose what suits you best.

Blend all of the above together in your thermomix (10 seconds on 7) or food processor and then press down onto baking paper in a baking tray of your choice and place in the fridge to harden.

Choc Topping (because I love Chocolate on everything)
2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
2 Tbsp raw cacao
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Mix these 3 ingredients together with a spoon and pour over the top of the slice and set in the fridge. Best kept in the fridge and cut as you please.
