Negative thoughts can become costly to your health as they quickly break down the whole body and leave it vulnerable to disease. Negative thoughts shatter the nervous system. Fear based or anger-fuelled thoughts break down cells, leaving the entire cellular system out of balance.
Positive thinking on the other hand, generates cellular vitality. Positive thoughts, particularly thoughts with love and gratitude, alter chemistry in positive ways, increasing cellular immunity.
Here are 5 steps to increasing positive thoughts each day.
1. STOP JUDGEMENT (no more criticising)
2. LOVE ❤️

3. LAUGH
4. SERVE (give to others as you will find the universal law of abundance will flow your way)
5. PAUSE, PRAY/MEDITATE (find this time each & everyday)
