This is so easy and yet so delicious.
The raw dark hard chocolate is perfect and when you bite a pomegranate it explodes in your mouth leaving you smiling and wanting more.

Ingredients:-
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
A dash of pure vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp of maple syrup (depending how sweet you want it)
Fresh pomegranate seeds from 1/2 a pomegranate.

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a mould of your choice and leave in fridge to set.
