My kids and anyone who visit’s never says no to any of my healthy balls I have on offer. They are so easy and I make them almost daily as they are the perfect protein pick me up and great snacks for kids to eat whenever they please.
– 1 cup walnuts
– 1 cup almonds
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 1/2 cup medjool dates pitted
– 2 heaped tbsp pure cacao
– 1 tsp pure vanilla
– 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
Throw all ingredients into thermomix or good blender and blend for 12 seconds on 7. Then scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll into balls and keep in the fridge.
