Healthy snacks

So you have kids at home in school holidays & what I find is that if I put food out, they aren’t asking me every minute for something to eat & they are getting loads goodness into them. Around morning tea & afternoon tea time I make a plate that looks something like this & put it on the dining table & they absolutely devour the whole thing.

We are in control of our kids so we should control what they eat. Each time you feed them something think to yourself “would I eat this? ” or “how much goodness is in this”.

I have learnt that if you ask your kids if they want fruit they would often say they would prefer something else, however if you put a plate like this out, they will eat it & love it.
