This easy made in just one bowl (my thermomix bowl) is dairy free, gluten free & refined sugar free. Full of nutritious ingredients that the whole family will love.
-360g peeled sweet potato blended to a fine consistency
-1 cup walnuts or macadamia nuts blended
-10 medjool dates pitted & blended
-1/2 cup cacao powder
-1/2 cup melted coconut oil
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 tbsp baking soda
-2 tsp cinnamon
-3-4 tbsp pure organic maple syrup depending how sweet you want it.
-3 level tbsp coconut flour
blend all together to a smooth consistency & pour into a well greased or baking paper lined square pan & cook at 190 degrees for 25 mins or until cooked through.
Cool on cooling rack for 5 minutes before cutting up & demolishing:)
