Easy Peasy healthy Chocolate Crackle


I have posted a recipe on a chocolate crackle slice before and today I created a new recipe for individual and easy Peasy chocolate crackles for you or your kids to enjoy.

2 tbsp cacao powder
6 tbsp organic coconut oil
2 tbsp organic rice malt syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 cups of puffed brown rice (found in the healthy cereal section)

Melt all ingredients together, adding the rice puffs last.
Spoon into cupcake wrappers & freeze if you need them quickly otherwise place in fridge till they harden then enjoy.
Keep in the fridge.
