These are simple and easy to make and can be used as Anzac Cookies if you don’t add the chocolate chips.
– 1 cup gluten free plain flour
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 3/4 cup dessicated coconut
– 125g ghee (or organic butter)
– 2 Tbsp maple syrup
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 2 Tbsp water
– 3/4 dairy free chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then roll into balls the size of golf balls and place onto a large tray lined with baking paper and use a fork to flatten each ball and then cook on 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool on tray and ready to eat.
