I made this for my kids a few weeks ago and none of them really liked it, however my husband, all his work collegues and any friends that visited LOVED it, so that’s why I called it the Adult’s chocolate crackle slab. It is a bit richer in taste and the perfect alternative to grabbing a chocolate bar that is often filled with refined sugars, colourings and chemicals.
– 60g cacao butter melted
– 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
– 1 cup coconut oil
– 3/4 cup coconut sugar (blend it first till it is fine)
– 1 cup pure cacao powder
– 1 cup rice puffs
Melt all ingredients (except rice puffs) together till well blended with a whisk, turn off heat and mix in the rice puffs and pour into your tray of choice or even into cupcake holders or chcolate trays and place in fridge to set.
Note- I sprinkled dessicated coconut on top to make it look sparkly.
